Dogs or Cats for Adoption

This is a “Before” picture of Teddy. He’s not quite ready for his “After” picture but you can still see how cute he is. Teddy was found on April 19, 2008 in very poor condition. His owners had moved and left the poor guy behind. He is recovering from a serious skin condition, malnutrition, and dehydration. He is an incredibly kind and gentle soul who gets along with everyone. Teddy is about 1 year old.
