The Alberta Spay Neuter Force
Hobbema Spay and Neuter Clinic was an amazing success!

182 animals spayed or neutered, vaccinated, treated for parasites, and tattooed
66 dogs vaccinated at our Vaccination Clinic
198 unwanted animals to be re-homed with our partner rescue groups
18 Veterinarians provided outstanding care
7 Animal Health Technicians assisted with ensuring the success of the clinic
Over 110 volunteers worked so hard to ensure the safety and humane care of the animals that came into the clinic over the weekend

The Task Force’s Piikani Clinic was a huge success!

? 186 animals spayed and neutered
? 66 dogs and cats placed with our partner rescue groups to be re-homed
? 22 puppies vaccinated and dewormed

Thank-you to the 14 veterinarians, 7 animal health technicians and 124 volunteers who contributed to the success of the clinic.

The Alberta Spay Neuter Task Force Siksika Nation Spay and Neuter Clinic was a huge success! Thanks to all of you who contributed your time and energy!


• 183 dogs and cats spayed or neutered, vaccinated, treated for parasites and tattooed
• 78 unwanted animals placed with our partner rescue groups
• 41 puppies vaccinated and treated for parasites

WABASCA CLINIC

Our clinic was a huge success!

• 145 dogs & 4 cats were spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tattooed & treated for parasites
• 77 unwanted dogs and 3 cats were placed with our partner rescue groups
• An additional 42 dogs were vaccinated and treated for parasites
• 8 Veterinarians participated
• 3 Animal Health Technicians assisted
• 92 volunteers worked long hours

SIKSIKA NATION CLINIC

The Alberta Spay Neuter Task Force Siksika Nation Pet Wellness Clinic was an amazing success thanks to the many people who helped!

A total of 189 dogs and cats were spayed or neutered, an additional 38 pets were vaccinated, and 80 unwanted animals were placed with our partner rescue groups.

Siksika First Nation: Sept. 9-11
(Near Gleichen about 1.5 hours east of Calgary)

Piikani First Nation: Sept. 30-Oct. 2
(Near Pincher Creek)

Hobbema: Oct. 28-30 (NOTE: NEW DATES)
(Near Ponoka)


We are looking for vets, (especially experienced surgeons) AHT's and volunteers to assist with these clinics. If you would like more details, please email: taskforce@telus.net
