To provide humane animal control for Members of Alberta’s First Nations by providing reduced cost or free spay/neuter services, by invitation, through spay/neuter events.
To reduce the number of dog attacks, bites and deaths of First Nations residents by providing humane animal control through spay/neuter events and education on bite prevention.
To provide education that will reduce the suffering and neglect of dogs and cats that live in Alberta’s First Nations.
To nurture the human/animal relationship and create a more caring environment for people and companion animals.
To encourage responsible guardianship of dogs and cats.
To obtain approval from the Alberta Veterinary Medical association to facilitate spay/neuter clinics on First Nations in Alberta. |
